Debra A. Vannest

Debra A. “Debbie” VanNest, 49, of Dover, died Sunday, Jan. 23, 2005, in Aultman Hospital, Canton. Debbie was afflicted with Down Syndrome and her death was due to a brief bout with pneumonia.

Born Dec. 21, 1956, in Dover, she was a daughter of Pauline T. Kendle VanNest of Dover the late Lawrence W. VanNest. Debbie was her family�(TM)s treasure, and will be sadly missed.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by two sisters, Janet Incarnato of Dover, and Antoinette Todd of East Sparta (Sandy Valley); a brother, Terry VanNest of Dover; two half-brothers, David Matthews of Dover, and Douglas VanNest of Massillon; many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday, Jan. 26, at 1:30 p.m., in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home, Dover, with Rev. William H. Waltz of the First Church of the Nazarene, New Philadelphia, officiating. Burial will be in Ridgecrest Memory Gardens, Dover.
