David Lee Wolfe

David Lee Wolfe, 54, of Strasburg, died Monday, October 29, 2001 in Union Hospital.

Born June 3, 1947 at Morgantown, West Virginia, he was son of the late Stan & Betty Welch Wolfe.

He was a sergeant in the US Army who served during Vietnam. He was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, 19 Air Medals, Aircraft Crewman Badge, Vietnam Service Medal and the Good Conduct Medal. He had been an officer with the Army-Navy Garrison at Beach City, was a member of the Tuscarawas Riders Association, and enjoyed the fellowship of the Inner Circle.

He is survived by a daughter, Tracy Wolfe, of Rocky Mount, North Carolina and a brother, Rodney Nedrow, of Kingwood, West Virginia.

Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held Wednesday, October 31, at 2:00pm in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home, Dover with Pastor Kevin Anslow officiating.
