Charles Kenneth Eberle

Charles Kenneth Eberle, 94, of Dover passed away in his home on April 10, 2002.

He was born in Dillonvale, Ohio on December 6, 1907 to the late Charles A. and Cora Yost Eberle. His wife Frances with whom he celebrated 70 years of marriage preceded him in death. His son Robert Eberle who died in 1989 and seven brothers and sisters also preceded him in death.

Survivors include four children: Ann Hardesty of Dover, Merry (John) Norris of Columbus, Charles (Connie) Eberle of Idaho and David (Lynn) Eberle of Dover.

Daughter-In-Law: Loi Eberle of Idaho.

Charlie was a bricklayer, homebuilder (building many homes in Reeves Heights and throughout Dover) and realtor, having operated Eberle Realty along with his wife Frances. Charlie really enjoyed his life. He loved hunting, fishing, family camping (taking his sons and grandson on six week hunting trips to Alaska and out west), motorcycling, bicycling and roller-skating. He and Frances loved to dance and followed their favorite bands on the weekends. Charlie was an accomplished pool player, who taught his sons and grandchildren the game. He enjoyed following his grandson Max, who is on the pro circuit. He will be sadly missed by his family.

A visitation reception will be held on Monday, April 15, 2002 at the Toland-Herzig Monarch Center in Dover from 2-6 pm, with services starting at 2:30. Charlie�(TM)s good friend Pastor Dode Overton will officiate.
