Carol A. Harkleroad

Carol A. Harkleroad, 80, of Dover passed away on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Born August 1, 1940 in Cleveland, she was a daughter of the late Ernest and Anna Davis Young. She had been employed at Warther Museum Gift Shop for 15 years. Carol attended St. Joseph Catholic Church, and in her spare time, she enjoyed reading.

A wonderful and loving mother and grandmother, Carol is survived by her children, Sharon (Tom) Finnie, Brian (Aimee) Harkleroad both of Dover; siblings, Loretta Zingale of Parkland, Florida, Nancy Paden of Dover, Darlene (Frank) Lanza of Shefield lake, Ohio, Jim (Neva) Young of North Ridgeville, Ohio, Bob Young of Brunswick, Ohio; seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

Cremation has been entrusted to the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover. There will be no services or calling hours. Memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice.
