Berniece ''Bea'' Wallick Moore

Berniece ''Bea'' Wallick Moore, 90, of Dover died Tuesday, January 15, 2002 at Alterra Clare Bridge Cottage in New Philadelphia.

She retired from US Ceramic Tile in East Sparta and was also the first female Bus Driver for Lawrence Twp. Schools.

Born April 19, 1911 in Beach City she was a daughter of the late Harry and Minola Harrold Bose.

She was a member of St. Johns United Church of Christ in Bolivar and Tuscarawas County Senior Citizens. She enjoyed collecting antiques, traveling and volunteering her time with the Salvation Army.

Berniece was preceded in death by her first husband Robert ''Buss'' Wallick who died in 1983, and is survived by her second husband Donald Moore who she married in 1986.

She is also survived by three sons: Robert (Jeanette) Wallick of Ocoee, Florida
Gene (Mary Lee) Wallick of Dover
Don (Shirl) Wallick of Orlando, Florida

Two daughters: Doris (Gene) Hootman of Dover
Janet (Ken) Murphy of Dover

Step daughter: Darlene (Bob) Smith of Dover

Brother: John (Betty) Bose of Strasburg

26 grandchildren 34 great grandchildren and 12 great great grandchildren

She was also preceded in death by two brothers: Lawrence and Orrin Bose

Sister: Maude Hummer

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 19, 2002 at 11:00 am in the St. Johns United Church of Christ at Bolivar with Rev. Carol Clements officiating. Interment will be at the Dover Burial Park. Friends can call at the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home in Dover on Friday from 6-8 pm.
