Arlene Walchuck

Arlene Walchuck, 83, of Dundee passed away on Monday, June 27, 2011.



Born August 17, 1927 in Aitkin, Minnesota, she was the daughter of the late Selma and John Young.

Arlene lived in the Akron area for 35 years. She retired from the General Tire Company in 1982 and at that time moved to Dundee. She loved attending her great grandchildren's sports and activities. Arlene enjoyed reading, gardening, bird watching, and volunteering at Union Hospital in Dover. She was a member of High Street Church of God in Akron.



On April 13, 2000 she was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Walchuck. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Leroy, Walter, and Raymond Young. She was a kind and gentle women that will be greatly missed by her family and friends.



Her survivors include; a daughter, Marilyn (Tom) Wilkinson of Dundee; son, Jay (Mary) Walchuck of Green; grandchildren, Tom Wilkinson Jr. of Brecksville, Troy (Traci) Wilkinson of Dundee, Michelle Walchuck of Green; and her great grandchildren, Alexis and Luke Wilkinson.
