Shane Allen Hanni, 35, of Strasburg passed away suddenly on Monday, April 2, 2018.

Born on February 3, 1983 in Dover, he was the son of Jed Hanni and Darla (Tucker) Hanni. He graduated from New Philadelphia High School with the class of 2001. While in high school he attended Buckeye Career Center.

Shane was an avid outdoorsman who loved fishing and hunting. He especially enjoyed mushroom hunting. He loved going to concerts with his friends and was a Cleveland Indians and Cleveland Browns fan.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents; Melvin Earl and Jessie Mae Hanni, and maternal grandparents; John and Ramona Tucker. He loved building John Deere tractors with his grandpa Melvin. He spent many hours painting, and building decks and boats, with his grandpa John.

He will be sadly missed by his parents; special friend, Stephanie Miller; along with several aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.
