Todd Little has been the Director of Bereavements Services with Toland-Herzig since 1997. In that time, he has established himself as one of the nation's foremost authorities in the field of grief and bereavement.

He is a widely sought-after speaker, who has been featured at two of the Association for Death Education and Counseling's International Conferences, the World Gathering on Bereavement, and dozens of other professional and civic venues.

In addition to having been featured in several professional journals and trade publications, Todd is also a highly respected author in his own right.

His work has been seen in national magazines, websites, and other print media. Todd's writing's took root with his "Grief" column in The Bargain Hunter newspaper, where he is annually one of its most popular columnists.

His professional affiliations and credentials include: Association for Death Education and Counseling, where he had served as co-chair for the Funeral Home Aftercare special interest group; he attained the status of Advanced Bereavement facilitator from the American Academy of Bereavement; RTS (Resolve Through Sharing) where he is a trained Counselor and Coordinator; and is a member of the Association for Pet Loss and Bereavement. Locally, Todd is active as a board or committee member with: Hospice of Tuscarawas County, Muskingum Lakes Chapter of the American Red Cross, Tuscarawas Convention and Visitors Bureau, Dover Youth Football, and Tuscarawas County Park Authority.

The support groups and innovative programming that Todd has established with Toland-Herzig have served as a blueprint for other homes across the country and have received acclaim from the National Funeral Directors Association and International Cemetery and Funeral Association.

Todd is the widowed father of triplet sons Andrew, Taylor and Logan. His wife Linn (Holmes) Little died just nine days after their birth. Todd's love for Linn and the hope they shared for their family is at the heart of everything he does.
