Joyce (Dallau) Herzig is Director of the Toland-Herzig Monarch Center. She coordinates all scheduling, staffing, and related details for all of the events that the center plays host to each year.

A 1971 graduate of Dover High School, Joyce is a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Dover. She is active with the Union Hospital Auxiliary, a trustee with the Ruth Carlson Starlight Foundation, Special Olympics, a past Vice-President and Trustee for TUSCARC (the parent group for Starlight School and Workshop) and on the Board and a volunteer for the Tuscarawas County Humane Society.

She is married to Toland-Herzig president, John R. Herzig. She is the mother of Trevor J. Herzig, Troy (Marcie) Herzig, and Tricia (Joel) Herzig-McKinnon. 6 grandchildren - Kylan, Alyssa, Ava, and Alyvia Herzig and Jack and Stone McKinnon.
