Joyce (Dallau) Herzig is Director of the Toland-Herzig Monarch Center. She coordinates all scheduling, staffing, and related details for all of the events that the center plays host to each year.

A 1971 graduate of Dover High School, Joyce is a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Dover. She is active with the Union Hospital Auxilliary, Tuscarawas County YMCA, a trustee with the Ruth Carlson Starlight Foundation, Past Vice-president and Trustee for TUSCARC - the parent group for Starlight School and Workshop, involved with the Tuscarawas County humane Society, Special Olympics, and was a former member of Strasburg Jaycee Women.

She is married to Toland-Herzig president, John R. Herzig. She is a mother of three children, Trevor, Troy, & Tricia, and is the proud grandparent of Kylan & Alyssa Herzig, and Jack McKinnon.
